One of the most talked about and sought after things in all of MLM is Rapid Growth. Not only does everyone want success, they want it right now. They want to go from ground zero to top income earner as quickly as possible. Well, I have a simple formula that anyone can apply to achieve rapid growth. Acquire qualified leads, enroll them and get new members producing as quickly as possible. Then repeat this over and over.

I realize that this sounds a little oversimplified but there is one simple concept that is common to all three steps. And that is MLM Training. It’s been well documented, that in pretty much any industry, your income will reflect your knowledge and experience. So it follows that your MLM income with grow as you gain knowledge and experience with your MLM business through working at it and taking some MLM Training courses.

In the first step of the process above, I mention that you need to acquire qualified leads or prospects. I make the distinction between regular leads and qualified leads. You need to ensure that you are generating qualified leads. If you don’t, you will be spending a lot of time with people who will never join your MLM business. In my experience I have found that although there are many ways to qualify a lead, offering MLM training to them is the most effective. Not only do your leads benefit from receiving something of value but you ensure that the prospects you are spending your time with are actually interested in learning how to succeed with an MLM business. There is a much better chance that someone willing to learn will succeed than someone simply looking for tips and secrets.

The next step for rapid growth is to turn these prospects into new members in your MLM business. If you are performing the first step correctly, this is relatively easy. Many prospects are turned off of the MLM industry because their initial introduction often comes in the form of being bombarded by aggressive sales messages and questionable recruiting tactics. Your initial contact with them was an offer to provide a quality MLM Training program using a professional approach. Even if your prospects are not ready to join immediately, you should follow up with them by offering further MLM Training courses or tips. Their perception of you will be entirely positive. They will be thinking “Here’s someone who is clearly knowledgeable and successful, and they are simply trying to help me. They aren’t bombing me with useless information and aggressive sales tactics.” Once you make a presentation to these prospects and they are ready to join, you will find many of them are eager to join you.

Once you have enrolled these prospects you need to ensure that they are productive as soon as possible. Obviously, you can provide a quality MLM Training program for them to ensure their success. You will need to ensure that the training that you provide offers clear step-by-step instructions for them to follow. It’s even better if you can provide tools like MLM Training Videos so they can actually watch and follow the process they need to go through.

Even if you can’t provide this MLM Training yourself, there are a number of training professionals that can provide what you need for your members. Seek them out and ask them to partner with you. By using the MLM Training approach, you can ensure the Rapid Growth of your organization and that of your downline as well.
